Return & Refund Policy

At Rajamahendravaram Pickles, we take utmost care in preparing and delivering our products with the highest quality standards. As our products are perishable food items, our return and refund policy is designed accordingly.


1. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (homemade food items):

  • We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered
  • This is to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality for all customers

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or leaked
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product is spoiled at the time of delivery

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue
  • Share your order details and contact information

👉 Requests made after 24 hours may not be considered


4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund
  • Replacement delivery time will depend on product availability and location

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
